Corona/Norco Stingrays High School Hockey
As a proud member of the ADHSHL, our goal is to provide our players and families with a great hockey experience. Playing in the league offers its players a festive high-school type sports environment very similar to what high school football, basketball and baseball athletes in Southern California have enjoyed for decades. As the sport of ice hockey grows on the West Coast, the ADHSHL has provided a means for any level player to play high school ice hockey.
Varsity
At the Varsity level, players with AA & AAA travel experience will be met with a level of competition comparable to the tier I and II competition they are accustomed to. And when it comes to exposure, the league boasts several Junior scouts in its ranks who see high school games week in and week out. In addition, Junior hockey clubs from around the nation frequently watch live streamed or recorded games to view players for potential invites to Junior camps.
Junior Varsity
At the Junior Varsity level, players from A to AA will experience a level of competition that can rival the tier II level of play. This division is also a good entry point for roller players who have played roller for a number of seasons and are looking to transition to ice. Next season, the league plans to split JV into two divisions, dependent on level of play, further ensuring that teams can enjoy competitive ice hockey at whichever level they play in.
Junior Stingrays - JVD
At the Junior Varsity – Development level (JVD), players that are not of High School grade levels (8-12 grade) will play in an In-House division within the ADHSHL with other like teams and players which give up and coming High School athletes an ability to get more experience with a school team setting.
